I would like to congratulate Jorge Sandrock on his recent appointment as Chile’s Ambassador to Germany for the next four years.
I had the privilege of knowing him as a professor at UAI, as a supporter of my LL.M. at the University of Bonn, and as a professional mentor throughout my career.
